The Feldenkrais Method® is a form of somatic (body) education that uses gentle movement and directed attention to enhance functioning of the self.

In other words we help you learn to learn, begining with greater awareness of how you move.

Greater awareness through movement can help you:

  • reduce stress and pain
  • recover from injury or aid in a disability
  • gain finer body control for sport, dancing, music or the like
  • relax and bring ease to your movement in daily life

Feldenkrais uses gentle easy movements that are suited to any fitness level and age group.

The Feldenkrais Method® can be learned in two ways.

Awareness Through Movement® (ATM) classes are taught in a group setting with a teacher verbally guiding you through the gentle movements.

Functional Integration® (FI) sessions are one on one sessons with a teacher.
